Do I have to pay for plan management?
No. Plan management is funded separately under Improved Life Choices when it is included in your NDIS plan, so it does not reduce your other support budgets.
Who can use Kindgrounds Plan Management?
Anyone with Improved Life Choices funding in their NDIS plan can choose Kindgrounds. We support participants across Australia.
How do I get plan management in my NDIS plan?
If you are creating or reviewing your plan, ask your planner or LAC for Improved Life Choices. If you already have a plan, we can help you check whether plan management is included.
Can I use both registered and unregistered providers?
Yes. Plan-managed participants can use both NDIS-registered and unregistered providers, as long as the support is reasonable, necessary and aligned with the plan.
How quickly do you pay invoices?
Most invoices are processed within 2-3 business days. If details are missing or something needs checking, we will let you know.
Will I still have control over my plan?
Absolutely. You stay in charge of who you work with, how often, and what services you use. We just help make it easier to manage the finances.
